Your privacy
How Keen Horoscopes handles account, gameplay, support and security information.
Information you provide
Account registration records your screen name, normalized email, password hash and eligibility acceptance. We validate your date of birth to confirm the minimum age; the full date is not retained in the account database. Passwords are hashed rather than stored as readable text. Support requests record your reply email, chosen topic, message, reference and submission time.
Gameplay and account records
We keep a server-controlled Star Credit balance, balance version, saved games, your shortlist and display preferences. Saved rounds contain the game, play level, result, feature state and request identifier so interrupted play can be recovered without double-charging fictional credits. Account activity is presented in small pages, never as a public feed.
Why information is used
These records operate accounts and games, enforce eligibility and voluntary breaks, prevent duplicate requests and abuse, respond to help requests and support account recovery. Gameplay records do not represent real-money transactions. We do not publish your account email, private shortlist, ticket messages or play history to other players.
Cookies and optional measurement
Essential session storage supports login, request security and guest continuity. No optional advertising or analytics cookies are currently used. Read the Cookie Policy and open Cookie Preferences at any time.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery and security. Brevo handles transactional password-recovery and support emails; ImprovMX forwards messages sent to concierge@keenhoroscopes.com to our monitored Inbox. These providers process the information needed to deliver their services and may process information outside the UK under their applicable safeguards.
Retention and safeguards
Session access expires after seven days. Recovery links expire after 30 minutes and are invalidated after use. Support messages and mail-delivery records are retained only as needed to handle the request and service security; routine support retention is 180 days. Account records remain while needed to provide the account, honour care restrictions or resolve a legitimate request. Access to private storage is restricted.
Your choices and requests
You can change your palette and shortlist, log out, set reminders and activate a play break. Contact concierge@keenhoroscopes.com or use Support for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. We may need proportionate evidence that a request concerns your own account. Never send payment information, government identifiers or passwords. This policy was updated on 30 October 2026.
