Terms of play

1. Who can play

Keen Horoscopes is a free entertainment-only social casino for adults aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom. By registering, you confirm your eligibility and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use another person's account or supply false eligibility information.

2. Star Credits and the entertainment boundary

Star Credits are fictional, non-transferable counters with no monetary value. A new account receives 100,000 Star Credits. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed. There are no deposits, withdrawals, cash winnings or prizes of value. Additional free credits may be available through explicitly described in-product actions.

Results are for entertainment and do not predict outcomes in real-money gambling. No game result creates a payment obligation or entitlement to a real-world prize.

3. Your account

Choose a screen name and a strong password, keep credentials private and provide an email you control for account recovery. Registration does not require email confirmation. You remain responsible for activity on your account. Report suspected access problems using the Support form; never include your password.

4. Playing and interruptions

Choose one of the displayed Star Credit play levels. The server resolves results and records completed rounds. If the connection is interrupted, reopen the same game so its saved result or pending feature can be recovered. Repeated requests for the same round do not create an extra credit charge.

Artwork, feature presentation, sound and timings may be updated. Availability can be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Star Credits and progression are entertainment records rather than property or stored money.

5. Appropriate use

Do not attempt to manipulate game requests, bypass eligibility or care restrictions, access another player's records, attack the service, automate abusive requests or submit unlawful material. Accounts may be restricted when needed to protect players and the service. Do not use account names or messages that impersonate another person or contain abusive content.

6. Breaks and account closure

Account breaks and exclusion periods take effect immediately and cannot be shortened from the website. They block account access and play for their stated duration. For privacy, access or account-closure requests, contact the concierge through Support. A credit balance cannot be cashed out when an account ends.

7. Content and contact

The website's original artwork, presentation and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Personal use of the games does not grant a right to redistribute the service or its assets.
